Before 2019: I'm a first-generation engineer and graduate from my family and decided to follow my passion for technology
2019-21: I started my journey with technology at Philips as a Software Engineer. Philips is a global healthcare technology company that develops and manufactures healthcare devices. I joined Philips as an intern at Philips in January 2019 and started working full-time with them from June 2019 onwards until July 2021.
During my journey of 2.5 years at Philips Healthcare, I contributed to the development of healthcare products and impacted millions of life globally. I not only learned, but also innovated by creating applications through analytics and software engineering for the flagship product, Azurion. Working with across functional teams enhanced my team management skills.
I always believed in creating an impact, and I got to try different ideas in the hackathons that could impact in increasing efficiency of teams or improving the product.
2021-22: Philips introduced me to the intersting world of data and I wanted to explore it further with bigger challenges. I joined Bombay Marketers, a digital marketing start-up in August 2021. I was challeged with various ambiguous situations and a scenario where I had to build up analytics from scratch. I took this as my personal goal to make this firm grow as I believed in the team and the values of the company. My drive to create an impact motivated me to join Bombay Marketers, where I enhanced customer experience by using analytical skills on various platforms and techniques (Tableau, regression, hypothesis testing) to make crucial business decisions. This helped various clients boost their sales by an average of 11% and improved their marketing on constructive social media platforms.
2022 onwards: With a work experience of 3 years and my motivation to create an positive impact further, I decided to pursue my MS in Business Analytics at University of Washington Foster School of Business.
I believe in creating a postive impact in this world, and helping others grow.
When not at work, I enjoy Kayaking and road cycling.
